Since all sets are made on order there will be no refund or exchanges. You are responsible for sizing your nail accurately, If you are unsure I offer a sizing kit.

Replacement nails are offered at a low price in case you break a nail.

I am not responsible for damaged goods. All orders are packed with protection and are at the mercy of the shipping service.

Pre-design Set: 2-4 weeks *
Custom Set: Up to 8 weeks depending on the amount of order

*Due to the handmade nature of my set and the unstable nature of life the time approximation is quite large, if you are in the first order it could be shipped within a week, If I get a lot of orders it may go up to longer than 4 weeks, If it is the case I usually DM my client !
